Can anyone help with this query please, I am not sure if it is possible but
would like any advice.
When entering appointments into outlook calendar I would like to be
automatically taken to a form (already created).  Or if possible I would like
the data entered into the calendar to be automatically entered into the form.

thanks
terri

These pages should help you get started:

http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms.htm
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/appointmentform.htm
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public
.outlook.program_forms
