I don't want to keep creating added calendars in Outlook 2003 every now and
then when syncing Palm Pilot.  How can I stop it from happening?

You'll have to be more explicit as to why you think you have to create
additional calendars.

When I sync Palm TX - about 40% of the time the sync creates a 2nd calendar
rather than syncing items in main calendar.  Make sense?  I don't want that
to happen.

It sounds like you have a problem with your sync software, not Outlook.
Have you spoken with the vendor of that software?

I'm working on that side as well - can you elaborate on the multi calendar
feature/functions?  How to turn on/off - etc.?

Thanks.

If you get extra calendars when you sync, it has to be a sync software
issue.  Since I have no experience with any Palm-based PDA, I have no idea
why that software is beahing that way.

Does Outlook 2003 support multi calendars?  How do they work?

You can have as many calendars in Outlook 2003 as you wish.  They all work
identically, with the exception that reminders occur only for items in the
default calendar unless you use a third-party tool.
