Hi,

Is it possible to make Outlook 2003 send a mail when something is booked in
the calender?

If a boss gives his secretary access to his calender so the secretary can
write meetings in his calender. Is there a way to tell Outlook to send an
email to the boss when the secretary makes meetings in the calender?

Thanks
