Keep 3 calendars selected

Under My Calendars, the Executive Assistant has her calendar and CEO
Calendar(name) selected.  Over the course of using Outlook, etc the CEO
Calendar gets unchecked and the Executive Assistant has to recheck the
CEO Calendar(name) to view it.  This can happen 20 times a day.  To
make matters worse, there is a 3rd calendar that she must now maintain
and that is 2 checks 20 times a day...
I have searched and do not know a way to make the 3 calendars *always*
appear side-by-side.

Any help would be great!!

Client: Outlook 2003
Server: Exchange 2003 SP1

Is she leaving outlook open? The calendars she has checked should stay
checked, unless she closes outlook.

Diane - The check marks go away eventually, it almost seem like a
broken functionality.

Oliver - This plugin is awesome!  Thanks for the link and the solution.
She can now check 5 calendars and they have stayed so far, even with
one of the calendars is an offline OST.
Thanks again!

Oliver -
When we close Outlook 2003 that is connected to our Exchange 2003 SP1,
it seems like the plugin stops working or on my workstation, looks like
it removed itself. I had to reinstall it on mine 1 hour after the first
install, the Tools -> Save Calendar Choice button was GONE.
Is there any special rights, etc that need to be in place to have it
continue to funcation past the install and first stepup?

Diane - Is there anything in Exchange or AD that might be misconfigured
to not keep the checkmarks active after checking them?  We didn't setup
AD or Exchange but have found some issues over the last 12 months with
our setups.

Thanks!!

Dear MWarmack,

normally you don´t need any special rights.

We will check the tool beginning of next week again.

In our tests we didn´t get any problems with this tool. We wouldn´t post any
tools of us that wouldn´t work (normally). I will come back, beginning of
next week.

Dear MWarmack,

we checked the tool again with Exchange 2003 (SP1) and Outlook 2003 and
didn´t get the error.

Can you activate the addin again in Outlook under:

Outlook -> Help -> Deaktivated Elements (?) ... -> Public CalendarChoice

Can you activate the addin here?

If you get the error again, we are interest in your error. Maybe we could
solve this for you.

You still have a file on you PC named:

"C:\WINDOWS\PublicCalendarChoice.ini"

Please open this file and change the exiting text to:

===================================
;Put this file into your windows directory

[Addin]
; Output to file
; ==============
; Send output to this file
DebugFile=c:\Public Calendar Choice.log
; Debug Level
;=============
DebugLevel=4 ; Trace all
; DebugLevel=3 ; Trace errors, warnings and debug traces
; DebugLevel=2 ; Trace errors and warnings
; DebugLevel=1 ; Trace errors and warnings
; DebugLevel=0 ; Trace errors only
=======================================

and send the file "C:\Public Calendar Choice.log" immediately after the
error ocurs to the "support@" address of the domain in my signature.

After you sent the log file, please change the text of the .ini. file into:

; Put this file into your windows directory
[Addin]

; Output to file
; ==============
; Send output to this file
; DebugFile=%temp%\Public Calendar Choice.log

; Debug Level
;=============
; DebugLevel=4 ; Trace all
; DebugLevel=3 ; Trace errors, warnings and debug traces
; DebugLevel=2 ; Trace errors and warnings
; DebugLevel=1 ; Trace errors and warnings
; DebugLevel=0 ; Trace errors only

Thank you.

Again, we didn´t get the problem, but we are interested to solve this for
you.

no, it's not a configuration error, something else is causing it. Does she
lose connectivity with the server much?
