MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / January 2007Split Calender in three or more parts
I´m using outlook 2002. I would like to split the calender in three or more part when i use the 1day view. The reason is that i manage a spa and I would like to view the calender on a easy way. I like to use the possibilty to ad separate color field (time) in each coulomb for each reserved room depending what kind of threatmen thats going on. I cant find this possibility in Outlook, maybe the Office forum can help me. Thanks in advance It won't split the calendar column into 3 unless you place 3 appointments side by side. So if you have 3 rooms, you can use a Label colour for each room and have the appointments all at the same time. Edit your Labels to be the names of the 3 rooms.
