I am always getting requests for users to use PST's because of limits of
space on server and blah blah blah... Well, one of the arguements I've always
made was that the Calendar's Free/Busy within a PST would NOT publish to
Exchange for others to see. This KB artickle (KB831234) says otherwise:

“If you select the Personal Folders option in the Deliver new e-mail to the
following location list in Outlook, the free/busy information from your .pst
file is published in Exchange.”

Please tell me this is a misprint b/c I will never get them to put mail on a
server again.....

Instead, suggest they add a rule that copies incoming mail to the PST and
leaves all other items types in the Exchange server.  The condition "uses
the _form name_ form", with "form name" being "Message" in the Application
Forms selection in the drop-down will select only mail messages.  Use the
"move it to the specified folder" and "stop processing more rules" actions.
