How can I make a public folder that is a shared with all 10 people in my
firm. All can write and read and chance the calender. If I locate a outlook
file in our shared server, is the enough, or do I have to something else?

This feature requires Exchange server. File | New | Folder. Create the folder in the Public Folders\All Public Folders hiearchy, then grant permissions on the folder's Properties dialog.
