How do I stop Outlook repeating meetings when they are edited.

Every time an existing meeting is edited Outlook automatically sets it for
perpetual repeats.

Examine your Add or Remove Programs dialogue in Control Panel to see if you
have an application called "Outlookaddinsetup" and, if so, remove it.
