Exporting from MS Outlook 2003 to *.ics Files

I would like to do this so I can import them into Windows Mail (in Vista)

Does anyone know how - and be willing to tell me?

Outlook 2003 can save only one item at a time to an ics file. Use File>Save
As> and choose iCalendar format in the "Save as type" drop-down.
