Is it possible to create a meeting request, and after it is sent, and a
number of people have responded - change who the replies go to?  For example:

Sue was a receptionist - she then became a Project Manager.
Becky was hired and replaced Sue - Sue is still receiving meeting replies,
but that's Becky's job now.

Is this fix-able?

Imagine if every Thursday your shoes exploded if you tied them the usual
way. This happens to us all the time with computers, and nobody thinks of
complaining.
