Calendaring agent failed with error code 0x80070057 while saving appointment.

I cannot find any logical resolution to thsi on the web or anywhere else
currently would appreciate some assistance
Exchange 2003 2 node passiv active cluster (running on current cluster for
ca 5 days, no changes have been made to clusters since fail over)
