When printing a calendar using the tri-fold style, appointments prior to 7 AM
(or after 6 PM) do not print in the main left-hand side view. Is there any
way to change the time range of what appears in the Daily Calendar section?

Anita, here are instructions to alter the times printed.

There is most definitely a way to remove unwanted hours so that the day fits
on one page. Here is how:

1) Open the calendar day/week in the format you want to print. (Trifold,
whatever)
2) Go to File, Print, Page Setup
3) On Page Setup, there is a "Print from <drop-down time menu>" and "Print
to <drop-down time menu>". Change this to include only the times you want
printed.

Note: In addition to this, if you are entering events/notes and they are not
appointments or require specific times, you can make them "All Day Events" so
that they print with no time. However, Outlook will alphabetize the All Day
Events so you cannot list them in a specific order. (I haven't figured out
how to unalphabetize All Day Events.)

To make a calendar entry an All Day Event with no specific time, go to the
calendar day, double click the event, and select "All Day Event". The event
will move to the top of the list on that calendar day and will no time. Then
be sure to click "Save and Close." Otherwise the change will not apply.

We are using Outlook 2003. I do not see the options you listed here. Are
these instructions version-specific?
