How can I get my old calendar info moved to my new computer?

I just got a new computer and I want to update my new Outlook calendar with
all the information that I have stored in my old Outlook calendar. How do I
get all the birthdays, anniversaries, etc. copied over to my new computer
without having to manually enter them all again.
