Hi,
I'm running Outlook 2003.

I would like to export a public calendar to a folder, but NOT as a
PST. I want to export each calendar item as a separate Outlook Item
file (.msg) in a folder on my computer. Is there any way to do this
automatically?

I am trying to move information from a central calendar into
everyone's personal calendar using the Transmit Holidays Form, and the
instructions say I need a folder with all the individual items in it.
Our shared calendar has quite a lot of events in it, and I don't want
to save each one individually.

Thanks
Andy

Ahem, scratch this request, I worked out the answer:
1. Change the view to Categories, or some other list format (rather
than diary view)
2. Select them all
3. Drag and drop to a folder.
