Hello,

Is there any way to create a default participant, which will be invited
automatically upon creating every new appointment?

TIA,
Alex.

Not unless you create a custom form including that person automatically and use that as the default form for new appointment items.

Can you tell me on what existing form should I base my new custom form?
Choosing "IPM.Appointment" doesnt show the "To" field and choosing
"IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Request" doesnt sends the correct item to the default
participant.

TIA.
