How do I set calendar view to start at 6AM (not midnight)?

I have set the following:
Tools
Options
Calendar Options
6AM - 11PM

But the daily calenday still displays Midnight at the top and I have to
scroll down to see each day. How can I display only specific hours?

You can't - all 24 hours will be available with your specified hours shaded.
