When I post an appointment in the calendar it moves it ahead by one hour. For
example: I put in a 2:00 appointment. It places the appointment at 3:00 on
the calendar instead of 2:00.

Can you help me figure this out?

It appears you have a DST mismatch between Windows and Outlook's calendar.
