I am really having trouble at picking up the basic's with outlook.
I would like to know how to book an appointment with someone else within our
company, how do I actually bring up their calendar to see if they are
available for me to book a meeting with them? and then how do I actually book
the meeting?
This may sound really silly but I am new to using the calendar at work and
some simple point's to follow would get me heading in the right direction,
thanks.

Switch to the Scheduling tab on the appointment form and type that person's name in one of the boxes. Once you have all the details filled in, click Send to send the meeting request.
