How do I remove duplicate birthday reminders in Outlook after sync

After using Mobile Device Manager to sync my pocket pc to my new laptop my
Outlook calendar now shows duplicate birthday reminders. How do I remove the
duplicate birthday reminders from my calendar?

I find it quite easy to display my calendar in a table view like By Catgory
and simply delete the duplicates. Only a handful of my Contacts have
birthday settings, so it's not time consuming. Also check this:
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail_duplicates.asp . At least one of those
tools is free.
