How do I forward an iCalendar?

A message keeps popping saying "Can't create file:  Olktmp.ics. Right-click
the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the
shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder."

Sounds like a problem with the Outlook Secure Temp Folder.  See this:
