How do I send a calendar directly another's outlook?

In my office, we often send emails with the upcoming calendar for the month.
THose who receive the calendar have to enter the dates manually into their
calendar. Does OUtlook have a function that would enable us to send a
calendar directly to the others' outlook?

Hello,

I don't think it's possible. Perhaps an alternative could be to share the
calendars, so everybody can enter the dates directly!?

Outlook 2007 is the first version with that functionality.
