I enter an event on 1 person's computer, check the 'All Day Event' check box,
save and close. Then on another person's computer that event has expanded to
cover the previous day too. The event on the 1st computer is still correct
but the same event viewed on another computer has expanded by itself. We are
using Outlook 2000 w/MS Exchange Server. I have read about something like
this happening due to different time zones but my problem is happening in the
same room.
Anyone know anything about this?

If one of the systems has the Microsoft DST Update (931836) installed, 24 hour calendar events will span 2 days on that system. This can be corrected by running the Outlook Time Zone Data Update tool on the calendar.

I would suggest that you update the OS on both systems and run the tool on all outlook calendars for consistency.

More info is available on the Microsoft Site.
