Showing appts regarding same subjects

I want to be able to show & share appts for only one subject/category. Times
and days are spread across two months. Does anyone know how to do that?

1) View - Arrange By - Current view - Active Appointments
2) View - Arrange By - Current view - Customize Current view
2a) filter, More Choices, Category (select Categories), Ok
2b) (If you need to limit to only the two months) Filter, advanced, Field,
Date/Time Fields, Start, Between 3/1/2007 and 4/31/2007
