Is there a way that when meeting requests are received and when responded to,
they remain in the Inbox?  Currently once a meeting is declined, it is sent
to the deleted items folder and if accepted it goes to the calendar.  The
user sometimes declines a meeting request and later learns that they are
available and would like to be able to have the message in the Inbox.

Tools>Options>E-mail options>Advanced E-mail Options.  Uncheck "Delete
meeting request from Inbox when responding".
