After using ActiveSync (Treo 700w) sucessfully for some time...I now find my
Outlook Calendar is unable to open or add appointments.   Exisiting
appointments cannot be edited and new appointments cannot be created by
double clicking on the time and date.    In addition, the appointments made
on the Windows Mobile Treo calendar, do not sucessfully sync...even though
ActiveSync reports that it did sucessfully.   Please help!

I had the same problem.
I ran "Detect and Repair" under Help and that fixed the problem.
