Would someone mind to tell me, in the most simple of terms, how to set
up a link that will add an item to outlook calendar?

Create the appointment item and save it to your desktop or file system. Upload it to your web server and post a link to the file on your website.

WONDERFUL! Thanks, it works. I saved using the .ics (icalendar)
format.
