I'm looking for a tool to manage 3 timezones

is there a tool to manage 3 timezones in my appointments?
I have to schedule appointments for web conferences in 3 TZ (Asia, Europe
and US)

Not within outlook - although outlook 2007 lets you choose time zones when
you set appointments.
