In our office we have a mixed install of Office 2003 and 2007, and we
have found that the calendar colours don't seem to be the same in one
folder between the versions.

Any fixes, bodges etc suggested?

Outlook 2003 had limited colors for calendar backgrounds and labels.  Outlook 2007 has 25 default colors for categories and gradations for background colors that behave differently.

There is no "fix" - this was a design decision.
