I just upgraded to Outlook 2007. When scheduling a meeting, I can't figure
out how to do Autopick Next, to find the next available meeting time for all
meeting attendees. Has this feature disappeared, or is it just well hidden?

On the scheduling tab you should get the familiar grid view of people's availability.  It is in the usual spot at the bottom of the window  on the left.
