Since downloading the MS Outlook 2003 daylight savings patch, my outlook
comes up wiht an error prompt saying "there was a problem reading one or more
of your reminders. Some reminders may not appear. Cannot locate recurrence
information for this appointment."

I sync my outlook with RIM blackberry-also had a patch for that.

Try starting outlook one time with the /cleanreminders switch.

I too sync my BlackBerry with Outlook 2003 and have the same continuing
problem with the Reminders Window. Since I purchased the BlackBerry well
after daylight savings began this year, it is hard to believe that the DLS
mod is causing the problem. I have tried the /cleanreminders switch and it
initially looks like it will work, but then, after syncing to the BlackBerry,
the same error message appears when Outlook opens.  What if I continue to
open Outlook with the /cleanreminders switch?

Did you apply the patch from Blackberry?

I am using the latest RIM Desktop Manager software version (4.2.2.14). I do
not know of another patch. When I try to hook up to BlackBerry support, I am
directed to a pay as you go plan for $49.00 per incident and I have received
no help from Cingular/AT&T. You are my last and best hope.

Then you are in deep trouble as I don't have/use a blackberry.  Perhaps someone who has experienced the same problem has posted something in the free Blackberry forums?  I would check there.

Has anyone come up with a solution to this problem?  The only suggestion I've
seen is to use the cleanreminders switch, which does not seem to cure the
problem.  Any other ideas?
