what version do you have and why do you want to do this? There are some nice
Calendar features that may do a better job for you.

complaining.

Ms. Gleeson,
Our county is using the Outlook 2003 with the exchange server.
I have a vice principal in my county that would like to take events from her
Principal's calendar and make them part of her calendar and vis-versa. They
have their rights set up for permission to access each other's calendars.
I am VERY interested to learn more about your suggestions. Your time and
response are appreciated.
Thanks you,
Jaime

Thank you for the response. How do you copy several appointments at one
time, without duplicating?
