I use my Outlook calendar at the office and synchronize my palm pilot (Zire
31) with it. This is a great way to get my business andpersonal appointments
on one calendar, but it causes duplicate entries in both Outlook and onthe
PDA.. Is there a way to avoid the duplicate entries?

I personally recommend UnDupe from Stevens Creek Software. It is a utility that removes duplicates from the Palm and can be set to remove them from Outlook as well. http://www.stevenscreek.com/palm/undupe.html
