Is there a way to propose two meeting times and allow attendees to select one
or the other.  I am scheduling an online training session, and people can
choose betwen 10 am and 2:30 pm to log onto the secured site.  I'm trying to
find out if they can block out the time in their calendar for whichever time
they choose

Create the two appointment items and save to your file system.  Create an email and tell the recipients to select one or the other of the two times by clicking on the appropriate attached item.  Insert the saved appointment items and send to the recipients.
