I work in an office where most of the people need to reference a specific
calendar.

Instead of dragging and copying the entire calendar to each user's calendar
or opening up the other calendar and closing my own - is there a way to make
it so that when I click on the Calendar option in the navigation pane, it
automatically brings up that office calendar as the primary?

Thanks for your help!

No, the first time you switch to the Calendar navigation module, Outlook will
always display your own Calendar folder in your mailbox.
