HOW CAN I REMOVE AN OLD USERS CALENDAR IN OUTLOOK?

How can I delete a calendar in outlook of a user I use to have access to?
When I try to delete it, it tells me it cannot be found. That user has
already deleted my access.

Are you actually seeing this calendar in your folder list, or just in the
Open Other User's Folder list?
