Several of my users go to schedule appointments and they can see when the
requested attendees are busy.

On some of the attendees they can see what the meeting is, when it takes
place, etc... but on others they cannot see that information.

Is there a setting for allowing people to see more details on your calendar
or is this a function of the person sendng the appointment?

Thanks for any help.

Additional info:

The subject, where it takes place, etc... is displayed when you "mouse over"
the appointment.

See if the settings in Tools | Options | Calendar Options | Planner Options
are what you're looking for.
