Why is my Outlook calendar now showing holidays as 2 day periods?

Starting this month, my Outlook calendar is showing holidays, such as Easter
and Tax Day, as two full days.  Why, and how do I fix it?

You have a DST setting issue.  Did you use the TZMove tool Microsoft
supplied for the recent time change?
