Shared Outlook Folder

we would like to have our Outlook folders like Calendars and Tasks shared so
that all users can view/edit the same. Currently we are sharing our contacts
using Business Contact Manager tool of Outlook in this fashion where the
contact database is common but is available to all.

Dear Tiya,

the standard software of Microsoft to share Outlook is the Exchange Server.

The BCM can not share calendars, tasks, emails etc..
