hi guys
I have resources (meeting rooms) that are overbooked.
basicly, different staffs can book a meeting room for same time. Which
shouldn't happen.

I open the outlook calander options , free/busy status is setup correct,
also when the staff is booking a meeting room status is set to busy (naturaly)

I still need your help on this please send me your suggestions.
thanks
Cemal

What solution are you using for booking the conference rooms?

Information on how to book a meeting and how to configure a
resource are in the following links:

and

There is also the "Auto Accept Agent" for Exchange 2003 (if you use this).

If you could clarify for me which one of the above solutions you are using
for your
resource booking, I may be able to guide you further.
