Good day, I never thought this would be possible but here it is:  we use an
Exchange server, our system is XP - 2002 - SP2, Outlook 2003.

A user does not have the "Share my calendar" option in her Calendar folder.
How can that be?

Thank you in advance for your reply!

Are they using the exchange mailbox as their default delivery location?

I had the same problem about a week ago.  What I figured out is that
"Deliver new e-mail to the following location:" cannot be set to
"personal folders". I changed it to my "Mailbox - LastName, FirstName"
and it fixed my calendar sharing problem.

If you don't know where that is, go to your email accounts, click on
view/edit and you'll see it at the bottom of the box.

I hope this helps you! :aaa
