How do I customize the first week of the year in Outlook 2007?

If I want to start the year at, say academic dates, or tax dates .. how do I
start the year (and the week count) at custom dates? The 'first week of the
year' options only let me start at january 1 or nearby jan 1st - surely I can
customize?
