Imported .pst and a second set of personal folders was setup.  Got everything
moved to the primary folders but the calendar.  How can the calendar from the
second personal folders be made the primary calendar?  Tried both copy and
move, but neither worked.  Any suggestions would be helpful.

Importing from a PST is never a good idea.

Importing should not have caused you to move anything.  Importing should
have taken the contents of the PST from which you are importing and added
that content to the existing default folders.  This would have included all
the Outlook data, including the calendar.

You can choose which set of folders to be the default folders, but exactly
how is Outlook version-specific.  You cannot have default folders span
multiple PSTs.  They're either all in one or all in the other.  To move the
calednar data from the added PST to the default calednar folder, open the
calendar in the added PST, display it in a table format like By Category,
select all the items with CTRL-A, and then click Edit>Move (or Copy) to
Folder.  Specify your default calendar folder as the destination.
