Sync MSN Calendar with Outlook Calendar

I currently use Outlook 2003 for almost all of my calendaring. However, I
have one situation where I am using MSN calendar so that I can share it with
somebody else. I do not want to have to continue to go to the hotmail
website to update my MSN shared calendar. We do not use Microsoft Exchange
either, but we are MSN premium subscribers. Is there a way to sync an
Outlook calendar with my MSN calendar and view the shared MSN calendar on
Outlook as well? I would appreciate help on this if anybody knows.

If you use Outlook Live (downloadable from the premium members site), then
you can make your MSN folders the default delivery location, making MSN
behave more like an Exchange server.
