Why does Outlook keep saving appointments as recurring?

My Outlook keeps setting appointments up as recurring. It will even change
scheduled events if you open them up and resave them (without setting up the
recurrence with appropriate button). If I am emailed an appointment and
accept it will automatically set it up as a recurrence as well (even if it is
a single appt.). What is wrong with this- I have used Outlook before and
never encountered this problem.

Look in Control Panel's Add or Remove Programs and see if you have anything
named "Outlookaddinsetup", remove it.

I'm having the same problem! Let me know if you find the cause.
