Hi All Is it possible to email my Outlook Calendar? I know I can export it to an Excel File but when I access the file, that's not the output I want and I can't seem to find a solution in the Help. Any advise is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Hi smck, you can export the calender into a PST file and this file you can send via email. Do you intend to transfer it to another Outlook instance? Do you want give it to someone else so they can see what you're doing? Do you want it on a web page? Please be specific in describing your goal.  SignatureBrian Tillman I want someone to send me a daily accounting of their appointments via email.
