I'm sorry.  What does this mean?

Do you really need to send the OUTLOOK calendar objects to someone
else? If so, create a PST, and COPY your Calendar to the new PST.
Close the PST (probably will need to log off Outlook to release the PST).
Then mail the PST to the other person.

As for the word wrap issue, your screen is only so big. You may be limited
by screen size.

If it is just for info, I would suggest that you try:

   "My Outlook Calendar". You can
download this from the SlipStick.com site,
   http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print
Customizable Word template for generating Outlook
   weekly and monthly calendars.

This VERY COOL FREE item is run from a Word template
that when opened will read your calendar and build you a
completely editable calendar with all the details included.
All wrapped with complete information.

You may need to relax the Macros running in both Outlook
and MS Word.
