In Outlook 2003, there is a registry key -- DisableMeetingRegeneration that
uses the old meeting acceptance behavior.  Article KB899919 states that to
get the key for Outlook 2007, view the deployment documentation, and it gives
you a website.  I cannot find this information (about the key) anywhere.

WHAT IS THE APPROPRIATE REGISTRY KEY FOR OUTLOOK 2007?

So the answer is: it's the same key -- DisableMeetingRegeneration.  It just
goes under HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Options\Calendar
