reoccurring meeting but not regular interval?

I would like to schedule a reoccurring meeting but it is not at a regular
interval. For example, I like to schedule a meeting on 1/10, 2/9, 3/19,
4/15, etc.... How do I do this without doing it individually?

You can try the WS Repeat Appointment add-in for Outlook - it does precisely what you are asking for. They have a free fully functional trial available.
