Bummer.

Care to add some useful details, like Outlook version and patch level? Did this ever work? When did it stop working? Do you synch with a PDA/smartphone? Do you use a Blackberry?

Not sure why I did not get notification of your posting, but many thanks for
doing so. We are using Office 2003 with latest service pack and security
patches in an Exchange environment. User connects to Exchange through VPN.
Appointments typically disappear after loggin in to VPN connection. User is
also setup with Good Mobile Messaging on Cingular Samsung Blackjack mobile.
This particular user is the only one of seven road warriors reporting this
problem. All others are provisioned in the same manner with duplicate
equipment. User reports that the symptoms started on day one of use. No
Blackberry in use. Have run detect and repair and recreated user mail
profile, but problem persists.
