Categories in 2007

I've categories set up the same on 2 pc's running outlook 2007.

If I make an appointment and invite attendees it would be good if the colour
coded categories went with the request to attend.

Can't see that this can be switched on.

Any thoughts or suggestions welcomed.

Colors are user/computer specific... your RED category may mean important to you but it may mean something else entirely to another person.
